Packing Envelopes is the export storefront of an Istanbul packaging workshop that has produced packing list envelopes and poly mailing bags since 2003. A packing list envelope is a clear pouch with a peel-and-stick back: the commercial invoice, packing list or return form goes inside and the pouch is pressed onto the carton, so nobody has to open the shipment to check the documents.
Our mailing bags with a document pocket combine both jobs in one item: an opaque, tear-resistant poly mailer with a self-seal strip and a clear pocket on the front. Plain mailing bags and bubble mailers complete the range for apparel, cosmetics, electronics and other e-commerce goods.
It is a clear, self-adhesive plastic pouch that you stick on the outside of a parcel. The invoice, packing list, delivery note or return label goes inside, so carriers, customs officers and the consignee can read or remove the paperwork without opening the box. In the UK it is often called a "documents enclosed wallet", in the US a "packing list envelope" or "invoice enclosed pouch".
Match the pouch to the folded document: an A4 sheet folded in half (A5, 14.8 x 21 cm) fits 18 x 25, 18 x 26 or 19 x 26 cm; folded into quarters (A6, 10.5 x 14.8 cm) it fits 14 x 18 cm; letter-folded in three (9.9 x 21 cm) it fits 14 x 26 cm; small A7 slips and receipts fit 11 x 12.5 cm; an unfolded A4 or US Letter sheet needs 25 x 33 cm.
Yes. We export to customers worldwide. Freight is quoted per order after you check out, based on destination, quantity and weight — by courier for smaller orders, or by road or sea freight on pallets for larger volumes.
Each product page shows its minimum and the available pack multiples — typically 1,500 to 10,000 pieces for packing list envelopes, 1,000 to 2,000 for plain mailing bags and 30,000 for custom printed bags. Higher quantities get lower tiered unit prices.
All prices are net unit prices. Orders delivered outside Türkiye are invoiced without Turkish VAT; import duties and taxes in your country are handled by the importer. Prices are converted from Turkish lira at the daily Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye rate.
Place the order online and pay by international bank transfer (SWIFT). We hold USD and EUR accounts; the IBAN and SWIFT code are shown after checkout and on the Bank Accounts page. Your order is prepared as soon as the payment arrives.
Yes. Mailing bags can be printed with your logo from 30,000 pieces, and non-standard bag or envelope sizes can be produced on request. Send us the size, quantity and artwork by WhatsApp or e-mail for a quotation.
